I have used this salon for YEARS, way before the new owners were here. I went for an Indio as I do every month. During my appointment the lady doing my nails cut my finger, she was vey apologetic and I understand these things happen so I never made a big deal, I even still tipped her. 3 days after the infill, I noticed a dark shadow underneath one of my nails. It happened to be the finger she cut so I put it down to maybe some blood got underneath so I forgot all about it. By the second week, I noticed shadowing on two other nails. I decided to pull them off to investigate and was absolutely in shock to see green infected nails underneath. I immediately called the salon, and spoke to a lady that was very dismissing of what I was telling her. She just kept saying “ it’s ok it’s just water” I asked to speak to the manager and she said he is not there but she can help. She told me to come in to the store on an arranged date. When that date arrived, I was running late so I called the store to advise I would be a little late. When I called, I spoke to a different person who again said there was no manager but just to come in to the store. When I arrived , NO ONE would admit to speaking to me on the phone. They all pretended that they had no idea what I was talking about. I spoke to the man on reception who was super rude to me. He was huffing and puffing when I explained what had happened, he was asking me the name of the person that done my nails or what she looked like - as if they don’t all wear masks!!! He asked the the nails techs which one took my call that morning, they literally all looked at him and didn’t SAY A WORD!!!! No one in this salon would take responsibility or own up to their mistake!! Everyone just pretended they couldn’t speak English!! I am absolutely fuming!!! I had been left with green infected nails that I cannot put anything in until they grow out! DO NOT USE THIS NAIL SALON!

Awful experience. My nails lifted on the drive back home from the salon; by the next day they had all come off. I booked appointment for 5 pm and at 6:30 one of the male nail technicians started huffing and puffing and rushing me. I had to call my partner to resolve the situation. I had to get a £25 refund as the nail technician walked out of the shop and didn’t finish my nails. This was quite disheartening as I had recently moved to the new nail technician. It was very traumatising

Didn’t offer me a manicure with bi-ab and when I said afterwards this is dry and sore, was told it would of been £5 more to do it with a manicure. Why wasn’t I offered that. Happily spend £5 more not to be in pain. The polish is lumpy you can see thick spots when it’s been over applied. Waste of £30. Awful

I recently visited Snow Nails and had one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Although I did not catch the gentleman’s name, his service was exceptional from start to finish.
He provided a thorough scrub, relaxing massage, hot stones, and a hot towel treatment for my feet. He took great care when painting my toes, working with both speed and impressive attention to detail. My feet and legs felt completely refreshed afterwards, and my manicure was equally excellent.
I highly recommend this therapist truly one of the best experiences I have had. Thank you very much for your outstanding service. I will definitely be returning soon🥰
