I went yesterday for my eyebrows i told her that i am going to my home country please make it nice but she ruined my trip both eye brows are different to each other definitely not recommended this place. After i told her mistake they didn’t apologise and taken full money.

Would not recommend coming here. Booked an on-the-day manicure and pedicure and they fit me, quoting me a price for spa mani-pedi with gel. Gave them an extra star for being accommodating and fitting me in.

Pedicure was great - had a nice massage chair going and my pedicure is looking good.

Manicure was awful. The lady recommended BIAB instead of gel for my manicure for a bit extra, and I agreed. I was dismayed that the tools weren't soaking in the solution that they were stored in as the solution had not been topped up. There was also water coming out of the pipes where you wash your hands (hidden away behind a cupboard) which would gush when the water was running.
She was cleaning my cuticles, which were admittedly in a state, and hit a bit which was harder, then drew blood. She just let it bleed, then ultimately gave me some small pads to soak it in. My cuticle kept bleeding and she kept reusing the same pads even though they were soaked through. I was worried and she kept talking me down telling me this was 'normal' because of the hard skin on my cuticle. I was scared I was going to get tetanus as she kept going into the bleeding nail bed, painting around it, patting it with the blood-soaked pad, putting it under the IV lamp. I held my tongue as I was steadily more unimpressed. When she finished, I asked at the till if I could get a discount as I believed she handled that pretty badly - only then did the lady provide me some more fresh pads for my still-bleeding cuticle. She gave me a pound off. I took it as I just wanted to get out of there, as the whole bleeding cuticle thing had added so much time already, and the experience was taking more than 90mins.

Sure enough, despite her upselling me a BIAB manicure - the manicure started lifting around the edges of the nail within a couple of days and now, a week-and-a-half later; the manicure is pretty much gone. I suspect I had gel put on - I should've asked for a refund!

I really wanted to give this place a chance as I am always hoping to support local Croydon business but I wouldn't want anyone else to be oversold, minimised and out-of-pocket for something that didn't even last 2 weeks!

We're really glad to hear you enjoyed your pedicure and that we were able to accommodate you at short notice — that's always our aim, but unfortunately we do often get quite busy!

We'd like to address the hygiene concern directly: our tools are soaked in solution for sterilisation, single-use accessories and gloves are disposed of after every client, towels are washed and dried before being used again, and our staff thoroughly sanitise their hands between each appointment. All nail and hair workstations are thoroughly cleaned after every treatment, and the salon itself is deep cleaned with professional chemicals at the end of each day. This is standard practice and part of the rigorous hygiene protocols we follow — we are not a random high street salon and take our standards very seriously.

Regarding the cuticle bleeding: as our technician explained at the time, this can occur when cuticles have a buildup of hard or dry skin, and while it is a recognised occurrence in professional nail care, it happens on very rare occasions. We also noticed that your cuticles on your hands were particularly sensitive and dry — unlike your feet — which made them more susceptible to a small nick. Our technician did her best to handle the situation carefully and provided pads to manage the bleeding, which is the correct course of action. We sincerely apologise that it caused you discomfort, and we want to reassure you that this was not a safety incident.

On the BIAB lifting — properly applied BIAB should last considerably longer than two weeks, and we'd genuinely like to look into this. Please do reach out to us directly — we'd love to welcome you back and make it right, because we know you work hard for your money, and so do we. Every client deserves to leave feeling truly satisfied.
