The first comment I left about Marialena was very good for a very skilled, very good and very nice woman, but her "beautiful work" with me lasted exactly 3 days. She accused me of working in the cleanroom and constantly getting my hands wet, which is not true, I always work with protective gloves and there has never been a problem with other gel polishes that I have worn. Her gel polish lasted exactly 3 days with me, it started to come off by itself, my nails started to break and this was extremely unpleasant, especially when I had visits ahead. I wrote to her to remove the polish and did not want to put on a new polish. 49 pounds for 3 days, is this normal! Then she said that her gel polishes are not hard, compared to the one she removed. I came to her with a gel polish made in Bulgaria, worn for more than a month, without a centimeter of peeling. On top of that she charged me £6 to remove the gel polish from her scrapped work. I am outraged. I am cancelling any visits to you. P.S. after I sent them what I left to you as a comment, here is my correspondence which I am uploading as confirmation, keep in mind that they have gels which are not durable and the work is not perfect, in three days I gave 49 pounds. Please do not make this mistake

I understand that you want to justify your so-called stylist, but first of all, not only was the gel removed from my dominant hand, but from both. I treated both hands at home after you said that you didn't have a free hour to remove the gel polish - I trimmed my nails to the point where the gel polish still held and on top I varnished my nails with a similar color so that the gel polish violations would not be visible. 🤨😐 so that I could look somewhat normal on the upcoming holiday. With this stylist of yours, I came with gel polish from Bulgaria, which has not violated its integrity at all for a month and a half on both my hands and feet. And I don't immerse my hands in water, I work with gloves, which have not interfered with my previous gel polishes in any way. You yourself admitted that your products are not durable and that's why you DID NOT warn me. And your floor was muddy, dirty, and in front of me, your stylist actually sprayed the file with water and left it for the next use. I didn't sit down to write made-up things, but to warn your future clients what to expect. I wanted to get out of your salon faster, so I made an appointment to go outside, calm down and cancel the reservation. And let me add - the last procedure with you was removing gel polish from my toenails and a pedicure.... A TERRIBLE BAD JOB. Last night I cut off my own toenails that were stuck in my skin 😡😡😡😡. Everything comes back, remember!

To answer to your complains, we will like to address that you were told you had 7 days, in case of a chipped nail, to return to fix it, free of charge. You contacted us exactly one week later and we extended that period for one more week, because you have told us about your profession (using cleaning supplies and constantly having your hands in the water). Only on your dominant hand your nails were chipped, the other one was in excellent condition, but you still chose to remove from both hands instead of fixing the chipped ones, which proves that the gel polish brand we use wasn't the issue. The picture you uploaded clearly states the reason we picked this brand and that is the reason we are trusted by many of our clients.

On your first visit, you were aware of our prices, and the Beautician inform you about the pricing of the extras you asked for before she started your treatment, and you accepted to go forward with it. The Beautician is known to be quick and a perfectionist, always checking even the smallest details, which you were quick to point out on your first review. Also, at the end of your second visit, you booked for a future appointment, and gave no indication of displeasure about your treatments or the prices until a few hours later when you demanded a full refund of your first visit.

And to conclude your concerns, we would like to thank you for confirming to our clients that we sanitize everything, as we spray with Barbicide and clean all our tools, also using an Autoclave to sterilize them before we use them on our clients, as we do the same with all the surfaces (manicure station and pedicure bowl). As you were the last appointment of the day, and having a number of clients through out the day, the floor wasn't in the pristine condition it was when we open in the morning or a few minutes after you left the salon at the end of the day.

When a client asks for a gel removal, we remove from both hands, not just one. Your comment on the pedicure when asked was that "they felt great and you really needed that food massage"! On that note, we would also like to remind you that the liquid in the bottle was blue, so definitely not water. We assure you, (and all our/future clients) that we have only two spray bottles on our stations, one is a Sanitizer, for skin, and the other is the Barbicide, for tools. Of course, we also use cleaning supplies to clean/sterilize the surfaces after every client.
