I had a pedicure at Good Looks Beauty with Sofia and it was a very pleasant experience. Sofia was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. She worked carefully and the final result looked great. The salon was clean and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Sofia and the salon to others and would happily return again.

I had my nails done by Sophia today and she was amazing- she’s an artist and so tempted me to have extra patterns which were beautiful and expertly done. She is dedicated to doing an exquisite job the best service I’ve ever had for my nails and amazing value. The salon has a friendly vibe in general.

I had a terrible experience at Goodlooks today. I asked for a dark brown hair color, but the result was completely wrong and looked nothing like what I wanted. The stylist didn’t even apologize for the mistake. To make things worse, the receptionist was rude and dismissive. As a first time customer, I was supposed to receive 25% off, but they didn’t honor the discount. Overall, it was extremely disappointing, and I will never be going back.

Booked last minute as staying in Blackheath for a few days. Only needed shampoo conditioner and blow dry. The stylist who washed my hair was lovely had the best shampoo and head massage. Very pleased with finish. Both my daughters commented on how lovely it looked. If I am in Blackheath again would definitely go there. Plus products first class.

I had a wonderful experience earlier this week. 38 weeks pregnant and unable to do my own toes, so I used a birthday voucher my friend had bought me for the salon to book a pedicure with ordinary polish. Really warmly welcomed by Lisa and was asked if I wanted a drink by a male hairdresser. Everyone made me feel very comfortable. Renée did my toes and she was amazing- she was very particular about getting them just right, great attention to detail. She took her time and was gentle with my painful and swollen feet. She was friendly and super calm, despite it being a busy day. Overall a really positive experience 😊
