Extremely poor customer service all around. From a very delayed start to my appointment to an extremely unfriendly and unpleasant nail artist who treated me with so much disdain and used profanities when I asked for her to redo a nail. She absolutely refused to and then tried to attack me and cut my nails off?!

I warned her that I would call the cops if she tried to attempt that again. She accused me of not wanting to pay despite her kicking me out of the salon? When I tried to pay she told me to leave (only instead of leave, the word starts with an F). Happily.

I’ll never go back here again and would not recommend any black people do. The nail artist needs to learn basic customer service skills and to learn to stop being bitter and hostile or to leave customer service entirely and go live under a rock.

Unreliable, accepts appt and then asks to reschedule 2 mins b4 booking. Super inconsiderate.

Edit:. I’ve read through the reviews and seems like this is a reccurring issue with this nail tech.. avoid if you need a timely and reliable person doing your nails

Incredibly unfriendly. I used to come here when I lived in the area and they were very unfriendly then but did a good job at nails. I popped in today just to see if they could do nails, I barely got a hello, seems uninterested in speaking to me and no customer service skills at all! If you want a friendly experience I would recommend other salons in the area as they’ve always made me feel uncomfortable here, and like you’re doing them a favour!

Disgusting service. I booked my appointment 5 days ago. When I arrived this morning she told me she can’t see me she made a mistake. I travelled all the way there to be turned away. They have my number yet no one called me. They deserve 0 stars. I will NEVER EVER use this shop again. No customer service whatsoever and the woman was rude even tho she was the one who made the mistake, she took no accountability for her actions. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP

If I could give 0 stars I would, I am so angry. I booked an appointment for 11am I turned up to my appointment and was told they can’t see me because she made a mistake. Why was I not informed before hand? I wasted my time travelling there and now I have to find somewhere that can do my nails last minute on a Saturday morning before I go on holiday. Very unprofessional, will NEVER be returning.

Called the day before to check opening times on Easter Friday bank holiday, and ended up booking an appointment for 4pm. Arrived at 3.50 and was sent away. There was only 1 other customer in the shop! I Booked for a soak off and gel manicure. The lady apologised that she was running late. I sat down hoping to just wait but was told to come back at 4.30. I explained that I have health issues and dealing with a hernia but the response I got wasn't very friendly and welcoming. Was told to leave the door open on my way out. Why couldn't I have the soak off while waiting? I didn't end up going back at 4.30 as I was to unwell to return. Complete waste of time and energy. Very disappointed.

Had the pleasure of having a manicure and pedicure by the lovely Layla. She was very welcoming and paid great attention to detail. Prices are also very reasonable definitely gained themselves a returning customer ! 😊

They have a very clean nail salon and very respect and they let me do walk in appioment .
I already highly recommend this salon to my friends and neighboors.
