This place is 10/10. The atmosphere is calm and super cute! The staff are so lovely and sweet. Made my mum and I feel super comfortable, they're very patience but most of all, their work is impeccable. Most nail shops get the job done but not well, essentially with the nail bed etc and you feel like you wasted money. But here is money well spent. Definitely my new nail spot

On Sunday I had the best massage I’ve had in over 10 years. I carry all my tension in my neck and shoulders and have spent thousands over the years trying to find someone who can actually work deeply enough to release the knots. I’ve tried everything, from Champneys and Gleneagles to massage salons and countless recommendations, but nothing ever quite hit the mark. Until today. Jocelyn at Otomea is incredible. She listened properly, understood exactly what my problem areas were, and delivered the deep, targeted massage I’ve been searching for for years. Her hands are magic, and I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and genuinely relieved. Without a doubt, the best massage I’ve ever had.I’ve also had a gel manicure, pedicure, eyebrow shape and tint, and a facial here, all of them brilliant. The whole team is lovely, and Jocelyn runs such a calm, relaxing salon. Truly exceptional and highly recommended.

Amazing experience at Otomea! I am a nervous customer having had bad experiences for gel nail removal at other salons but Jing Jing and Jocelyn were so kind, patient and gentle that I hardly felt a thing! What a totally warm and lovely experience! I dont often treat myself but I decided to get my nails done and eyebrows shaped here as this shop is now very local to me. Such a lovely welcome from Jocelyn and beautiful manicure from Sunam. Both ladies are so polite, warm and passionate about what they do. The place was immaculate, and they were very accommodating for me as I am currently 40 weeks pregnant.
I had a vague idea of what I wanted and they helped me bring the vision to life. I will definitely be back!

Have been a few times for nails and always amazing decided to treat myself today with a full body massage and was amazing and feeling very relaxed and de-stressed! Professional clean very friendly gave me a lovely tea afterwards will be coming back and would definitely recommend!!!!!
