What a wonderful experience. I booked myself the Japanese head spa and Lelly was amazing. Pls do use our local services and keep them going. You won't be disappointed. Staff were friendly and established was nice and clean.

Just had the worst full body massage.
The masseuse didn’t understand me at all, the room was cold, I had constantly give direction. This was likely unqualified and just filling, my appointment also started late but end on time, somehow. Overall very poor
They’ve lost their best masseuse, a lady name Jessica and they can’t explain why.

Not the best first experience. Paid for an hour, masseuse stopped at 30 mins until we sorted it and then at payment they wanted to charge me more as they confused me for another booking. I also get the sense they got the wrong type of massage and couldn’t communicate with my masseuse despite asking for softer pressure. It was a stressful week and all I wanted was to relax. Second half of massage was nice, at least.
