I always come to Sadie for my nails and eyelash lift. I have autism and get anxiety at most salons where the people are not very friendly but at the Cwtch I feel safe and Sadie does very beautiful work. I am a regular and will keep coming back!

I can honestly say this is the perfect one-stop shop for all things beauty! Sadie has been doing my eyelash extensions, LVL, and nails for over 3 years now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s an absolute perfectionist and always makes sure everything looks flawless. The salon itself is so cosy and welcoming, and Sadie is just the loveliest person — she makes every visit such a great experience - sometimes you don’t want to leave! Highly recommend!

Just had my lashes and eyebrows done and it was a great experience. As I am 39 weeks pregnant I had to lie on my side with cushions but Sadie was really helpful in making me comfy. Feeling so much better in myself after the treatment!

I’ve been going to Sadie for almost a year now for BIAB, and the difference in my nails is amazing. They used to be weak and brittle, but now they’re so much stronger and healthier.

The salon itself is lovely, really well located, and always feels welcoming and relaxing. I genuinely look forward to my appointments - not just for the results, but for a chat and a decent cup of tea too. Would highly recommend!

Literally the only place I keep going back to get my nails done. I've never managed to get them done for more than two months in a row anywhere else without them getting super weak and breaking, until I found Sadie. My nails are probably the healthiest they've ever been, she doesn't use e-files (what a game changer!) and is SO QUICK but also so precise. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The Cwtch is such a gem, it’s always warm and welcoming, and the salon itself is absolutely beautiful. The vibe is spot on every time: great music, endless cups of tea, and the loveliest atmosphere.

Sadie is an incredible nail tech. I honestly wouldn’t trust my nails with anyone else. When I first started seeing her, my nails were in rough shape, brittle, broken, and damaged. Thanks to Sadie’s care, skill, and advice, my nails are now strong and healthy again. She’s not just talented, she genuinely cares about her clients and their nail health. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Sadie is amazing. I'm so glad I found her a few months ago, she's so friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

The space is cosy and welcoming and there's an amazing choice of nail colours.

I love that Sadie doesn't use electronic files, something which is hard to find locally. My nails are in good condition since I've been regularly visiting The Cwtch, compared to frequently having broken nails at the salon I went to before, where electronic files were used.

I've embraced nail art since thanks to her fantastic creative ideas and skill and constantly get positive comments on my design choice. I would 100% recommend 😊

Sadie is a magician. I started going to her when I had my second baby and couldn't find the time to go to my usual salon. I regularly get full BIAB, pedicures and eyebrow wax and tint and recently an amazing LVL. She's painted candy canes on my nails whilst holding my baby, I've breasted whilst she's waxed my eyebrows, I'veadministered Calpol to a 3yo while she does my feet. All the while the treatments are top quality, last for a long time and usually with a cup of tea. A real gem in South East London which I now could not do without!
