Fantastic Service Every Time!
I’ve been a loyal customer of E&L Beauty for over two years, and they never disappoint! The service is always fantastic, and I always leave happy with my manicure and pedicure.

Over the years, I’ve tried Shellac, Gel, and Bio nails, and the results have always been beautiful and long-lasting. Today, I tried a new technique called Cat Eyes, which gives the nails a stunning, glass-like effect. I chose a mocha colour, but there are so many other gorgeous shades to pick from.

As always, the team was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely pampered. I can’t recommend E&L Beauty enough — it’s my go-to place for perfect nails every time! 💅✨

Me and my friend on the 8th of August had a really unfortunate experience at this shop while getting our nails done. From when we initially walked in we were seen by the workers and we asked for a full set etc and was ignored until we spoke up again? The overall communication was so confusing which will make sense later to come. As time goes on I’m getting my nails done and I’ve shown the lady doing my nails the exact reference picture I wanted with no alterations. When she finished it looked pretty much nothing like what I asked for when it came to the length of my nails, colour, the design I wanted was all wrong. Another really cheeky thing was that I was manipulated into paying for gel nail instead of colour which is the cheaper alternative and when it was done it was nothing like the picture and it would have suited more if I had got colour. ( I will insert my nails and what I asked for).
In regards to my friend who was with me her nails were a mess. Similarly with me her birthday nails were messed with the shape of the nail and the design was awful. She asked for black French tip with a white line underneath the tip. When the technician was done doing her nails the black tip was streaky indicating she hasn’t done nearly enough layers of paint, the white line was all over the place basically just hasn’t been painted correctly and the shape was almost going outwards instead of square which is what she asked for. When my friend politely spoke up and asked for a few changes, from my observation they were moody and rude about it - rolling their eyes at my friend, the main owner who did my nails was blatantly talking rudely about my friend although I don’t speak the language.
While this was all going on genuinely every other customer was having altercations with their service just like.

Overall it was a really disappointing experience and I wouldn’t recommend, there are plenty more friendlier shops five mins down the road I will be going to from now on.
