Im quite upset ive had to edit this review as i thought i found a respectful, honest clinic that would be my new nail salon. we came initially a month ago where we paid for removal and then manicure and biab. We were charged the full price and left happy. A month later we book again for an infill. Now 2 nails had since fallen and we asked the lady to apply a fresh set on those two fingers to which she said she didnt have time. I can understand as they try to be strict with client bookings. So myself and the oerson I went with swapped nail techs. Now as they start filing they advise it cant be infill as theres acrylic on the base and that we shouldve booked removal and thats why the nails fell off. Im ngl i was very shocked and advised her we did the removal here so its quite evident that her colleague didnt do the correct removal. I was told it would be £10 extra for removal plus £8 extra per nail that fell Again i said idm having to pay but i really shouldnt be charged considering i paid a month ago for the service which clearly wasnt done properly. As we left and i check the invoice i find shes charged again for the removal which shouldve been done a month ago. Im genuinely so shocked because its so unprofessional to be so money oriented and unapologetic for something that is very clear. The same way they work for their money i work for mine and its not fair to be charged twice, its deceitful and ruins the whole experience, especially as a customer facing role.

I had an appointment booked and it was cancelled 20 minutes prior to the start time and I didn’t see the email as I was en route. When I arrived the lady was quite rude when telling me the appointment had to be cancelled, she didn’t apologise, and didn’t even offer a new time or date.

I would not get your nails done here. I paid upfront for a gel & BIAB for my friend and I. Sadly my train was delayed into Clapham and I was 8 minutes late for the appointment - my friend arrived on time, and reassured them I'd be there soon. When I arrived I was told there wasn't time for the BIAB to be done. I said not to worry, assuming I wouldn't be charged, but when my nails were finished I was told I wouldn't get a £16 refund for the BIAB and to contact their hello email address to request it. I've emailed them several times and they haven't replied.
