From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Mel. I felt like I’ve known her all my life. We chatted non-stop about everything. More importantly, she gave me suggestions and explained the process before starting. I was a little nervous having just moved here from the USA but my cut, color and blow dry turned out fantastic! I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident, and I’ll definitely return for my next appointment. I Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for thoughtful and personalized service. Her 16 year old assistant was as sweet as sweet can be and I can’t forget the woman who did my pedicure and eyebrows. She was fantastic and oh so sweet too!

Mel and Julie are not only accomplished hair stylists they are amazing people. They instinctively know what will work for each individual. They did my hair for a fancy event and I could not have been happier.

During my visit, I felt uncomfortable due to comments that I personally found offensive. In my opinion, the stylist’s behavior came across as rude and lacking in respect. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t feel safe returning there.

Of all the hairdressers I've tried in Battersea, this is the one that I've liked the most and have been coming here regularly for the last few years.

Mel is absolutely fantastic and has the rare ability to tame my strong Chinese hair in comfortable surroundings.
