I cannot recommend Sen Nails enough! It is easily the best nail salon in the area. Wonderfully welcoming and skilled technicians who have helped grow my usually brittle nails. They are also great at nail art. There’s always tea, coffee, sweets or bottled water offered for free too! I don’t usually leave reviews but this salon is so good I had too!

First of all, way more expensive than most of the nails bars in the area - I just can't understand way. Then, I went there and the lady was rushing to have my nails done - all my nails were wonky. When I mentioned, she gave me attitude and one of her colleagues carried on. When I was about to pay, they changed me £10 more than agreed via phone one day early. Don't take card or bank transfer either.

This is Kim – the manager, the person who spoke with you on the phone, the technician who did your nails, and the one who handled your payment. I would like to clarify a few points:

-Firstly, regarding the £10 you mentioned: on the phone, I clearly stated that your service would be £32. It is possible there was a misunderstanding and you heard £22. When you arrived, I personally explained and showed you the price on our price list before starting the service. At that point, you were completely free to decline if you felt the price was not suitable, as the service had not yet begun. You agreed to the price before we proceeded. We would never put a client in an uncomfortable situation at the time of payment.

Regarding payment, we accept both cash and bank transfer, so there may have been some confusion.

As for your dissatisfaction with the service: I was the person who did your nails, and throughout the appointment and at the time of payment, I did my best to ensure you were happy. You appeared very satisfied, and we were both friendly and pleasant. I even wished you a nice trip holiday,as you mentioned you had been feeling stressed before your visit. For this reason, I am quite surprised by your review, as no concerns were raised during your time in the salon.

As a small local business, we kindly ask that reviews are fair and accurate, especially during challenging times for businesses.

We hope you will have a better experience with another nail salon in the future.

I absolutely love it here - they’ve always done an amazing job and are always super friendly and accommodating.

Kim was a lifesaver when she managed to squeeze me in on a busy day after hearing a couple of my nails had broken and could tell I was in need of a bit of a pamper. She gave me a beautiful set of nails that have lasted really well. I look forward to coming in again soon!

Amazing customer service! This is now my local, plus they always give you a bottle of water or a cup of tea as soon as you come in ❤️ The quality of the products and skill set of the nail technicians is incredible. Kim and Lee are very friendly and inviting. My nails NEVER lift and I’ve had them on for waaaay longer than they should. I had one set on for as long as 3-4 weeks and they’re were still in brilliant condition! Most nail places I’ve been to have always lifted after 2 weeks. It feels good to put my money in places where the nails actually stand the test of time! And they gave me a nice hand massage at the end 😍 Highly recommend
