I have been going for years now..never had a dissapointimg session. Each and every therapist is excellent. Great deals available for off peak bookings as well as I like the fact on the timing flexibility due to large scale of therapists. Will continue going.

I went in with a very sore neck / trapped nerve. I was massaged by Deer. She sourced the root of the problem being my lower back and under my shoulder blade. She knew exactly where to massage and although there were moments of pain, I truly believe I wouldn’t feel this much better if she didn’t use that much pressure. By far the best massage I’ve ever had.

The best massage that can be had in London. All of the Swedish, Thai and deep tissue massages are 10/10 every time and we leave feeling amazing. We’ve been coming for many years and hope for many more!

I got a Hollywood wax, firdaus was AMAZING! Definitely book with her if possible! She made me feel so comfortable, she was friendly and reassuring and talked me through the process. It really wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be because she made it such a comfortable experience. She gave me aftercare advice too. Will definitely be booking my monthly hollywood waxes here from now on!!!! (I recommend the aloe wax for the intimate areas of its your first time or if you have sensitive skin) - thanks so much firdaus!

I had an incredible Swedish massage at Proud Thai Massage with Maria. She was extremely skilled and professional, and the whole experience was truly relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed and tension-free.

Maria clearly knows what she is doing, her technique was excellent and she made sure the pressure was just right throughout the treatment.

I would highly recommend Proud Thai in Balham if you are looking for a high-quality massage and a relaxing experience. I will definitely be coming back!
