I had a BIAB infill done by Ellen today and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

She was so helpful when it came to choosing a design and colours, giving great suggestions and really taking the time to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it.

The nails themselves feel unreal, super smooth and beautifully finished and im so happy with how they have turned out. You can tell she really cares about the quality of her work and the end result.

Such a lovely experience overall and I’ll 100% be booking with Ellen again. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

I have been coming for 4+ years and usually have a good experience. I try to book with Thao for my nails and I’m always happy when she does them but in the past year a different lady has done my nails twice and I’ve been very disappointed in the service and result - one was a messy shellac manicure and the other was shellac take off which has left my nails in terrible condition as an electric filer was used multiple times and afterwards I still had some shellac on my nails in places. Mita and the other waxers are always great.
