Probably won’t go here again after the last time. My mum came in for an infill with me and when we left I asked her what she paid and she was charged the price for a fresh set not an infill. They make the prices up as they go along. I was getting my nails done and asked how much a pedicure was on top and she was like 35 then 30 then said it’ll be about 30. Then when I came to pay was charged the 35. Really wouldn’t recommend, think a lot of people have this trouble here

Do not recommend if you want your nail to stay on for long. I went there before and they were alright but this time they were quite rude and it felt like they didn’t want to be there. My nails came off in less than a week and they didn’t even look that good e.g weren’t filed properly even thought I told her about it and she made an excuse. It was also expensive for the finished product.

Wouldn’t recommend tbh should of seen the awful reviews before I went but I got acrylic nails and there so bumpy and the finger next to my pinkie is so streaky and u can see the layers of coating piling up and when I was showing my picture of the design I wanted I said for the French tip under coat can I have a pink colour she said yes then I changed my mind and went with white because my other nails where going to be black and she just gave me the horriblest stare ever like I’m paying you I shouldn’t feel like I can’t ask for what I want

went to get my nails done today with my friend and the staff are rather rude. they clearly didn’t understand i speak the same language and heard them all being rather rude about customers. i had also messaged them on instagram to ask about prices. i got the exact design as the picture just pink and they said £36 i turn up with exact change only to be told £38 for length?? i had no extra length than the picture i sent. i don’t recommend.

Came here today and “disappointed” is an understatement—these are the worst nails I’ve ever had, and I’ve been to many salons. I asked for a long length and received short nails. I asked for a coffin shape and got square nails that are wonky and bumpy.
The whole set (acrylic and colour) took about half an hour, and there is acrylic all over my cuticles. The nails already feel like they’re about to pop off, so I have no doubt they’ll lift within days.
It felt like the salon was more focused on rushing through clients for money than providing quality service. Do not waste your time or money here.

Rude!!!!

So disappointing after using Top Nails for so many years and being happy with there service I will never use them again.
The lady who seemed to be in charge was very aggressive and rough bending my fingers. She was extremely rude. Both customers either side of me were looking with awkwardness in there expression as they could how she was acting with me. We both wanted simple basic nails, nothing fancy. But it seemed to much trouble. I never write reviews it's always my husband who does his reviews. But I had to come onto his account to warn people of Top Nails.
Do not waste your money there.

First time coming into the salon today after my friend always saying Good things about it and I’ll definitely be going back! ☺️
Showed a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that, so very happy!
The lady who did my nails was very polite and gentle!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. While I haven't personally visited this salon, my friend has, and has suffered afterwards as a result. In a nail salon, you're meant to receive good service and have good nails afterwards. My friend had a soak-off at this salon, I believe, and has subsequently been left with chemical burns and peeling skin on her fingers, alongside her nails being ruined. Honestly, with the other reviews of this salon, I wouldn't recommend taking the risk -- find somewhere else actually worth your money.

Awful, i went to get my nails removed and they aggressively took them off not caring if i was okay and then they put my fingers in burning hot water, with acetone in bowls for about 5 minutes and have given me chemical burns on my fingers, and my natural nails are fully destroyed.

Worst nails ever. Asked for blue chrome on milky white base, got white nails. Not one’s shape looks like the other. She was in such rush that she left the salon before i did . Definitely not recommend

AVOID AVOID AVOID! This salon is so dirty, you can tell none of the equipment is cleaned regularly or replaced. The UV light was full of melted gel and paint. Staff are unfriendly, one staff member pushed the chair facing me in as she walked passed so hard that she banged my knee. No one seems happy or friendly in there. Overall very gross and disappointing experience.

I recently visited Top Nails, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff displayed a level of rudeness that was not only unprofessional but also quite disheartening. Despite clearly communicating our preferences, it felt as though our suggestions were dismissed without consideration.

I had come across several reviews highlighting similar issues, but I hoped for a better experience. Sadly, the handling of customers here was rough, leaving us feeling undervalued and frustrated. I believe that a salon's success hinges on its ability to listen to and respect its clients, and this is an area where Top Nails falls short.

I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving customer service, as I believe it could significantly enhance the overall experience for future clients.
