Google Terrible customer service appointment booked week prior for myself and daughter arrived sat down 5 minutes later told “I cancelled your appointments” no apology given no contact to inform of any such cancellations just told “I can do them tomorrow” won’t bother returning 🙃👍🏻

Google all my nails are flat. Didn’t want to pay full price for them because I told her while sat at the table my nails are flat and she didn’t fix it . she didn’t even offer to fix them for me i will never be coming here again

Google I was booked in for 12 and I waited an hour and for my appointment. Unfortunately Lians ability to manage time is very poor, her nails are great and I wish you could
book in arrive and get your nails done, no discount was offered as I had sat there waiting an hour
