This is the most perfect straight forward nail shop ever I was straight in the chair and out the shop in less then 30 minutes it is so affordable they are so nice the service is amazing and the always make sure that i was happy with what they are doing

Always made to feel welcome when arrive at London Nails, They do a lovely job of my nails everytime I go and never let you leave the shop unless you are 100% happy with the finish. Nothing is too much trouble for then. Would not go anywhere else. See you soon for my infills

I’ve been coming here for the past year to get my nails done … they never fail to ensure my nails are amazing before I leave. I’m very fussy & always ask for very complicated designs and they are still very accommodating and are always nice & welcoming to the customers. The nails are priced very reasonably … I will keep returning. I’ve seen some bad reviews on here which I would ignore as most customers want nice nails but don’t want to pay the price - nothing nice comes for free !

Held my sister captive in the store for 30 minutes and didn’t let her leave because her bank card takes 2 hours for payment to go through so she had to call police to get her out the store to safety.

Edit: she said she rang up at 1:30
Asking if you got the payment through and you said yes. Think you owe her one for the trouble I’d say she’s quite upset

I'm never disappointed with my nails, and they always look amazing. The staff are lovely and take their time. I never feel like I am being rushed out.

Awful customer service when trying to talk to the lady she just ignored me speaking in a forensic language to her colleagues and laughing this is not professional at all and then tried to charge me more than was told and the tool’s used were dirty ,they never clean after a client and the overall cleanliness was not good at all would not send my dog here to get its nails cut avoid at all costs.

Replay : I told you what I wanted in fill and could you do you said yes then after you STARTED to do my nails and put glue on them then you told me to you couldn’t do and would need a full set done this is not what I asked for and if you told me this at the start I wouldn’t have got it done. You where rude about it and this is not the customer service I expect and would not send my dog here never mind recommend to a friend and the cleanliness is not acceptable as well so all be told you are the worst place in Birkenhead I have ever used and I will never set foot or dog paw in you establishment ever again.

My partner went here to get her nails done she told them what she wanted they told her the price then after starting she said oh I need to do this extra and will be double the price she was told and not what she wanted she was terribly rude and said well go somewhere else then this is not how you want to be treated lied to when you ask for what you want then told double the price for not what you wanted or asked for after she has started.

Best nail place ive been to. Was seen to pretty much straight away. Very little wait. The lad that done my nails was amazing very gentle, I've been to some places that just don't care wether their hurting you or not. Constantly asked for approval before continuing and the end result was amazing exactly what I wanted. Only thing place could could do with a bit of tlc. They still did a fantastic job regardless so they still get 5 stars in my book

Best gel manicure I’ve ever had!! Came here on a whim, walked in no appointment necessary. Attention to detail, overall beautiful end result. 1000% I will be back. Thanks guys x photo is after a couple days.
