I have been going to fantastic nails for 9 years now the staff are really lovely, always take a lot of care and attention to detail very welcoming Tom is amazing when he does my nails (which is always) i would highly recommend and i won't go anywhere else. 🥰

Had my shellac done twice now at this salon they never stay on and peel and lift from the cuticle for the price they only last one week and this is bad. They seem to treat you like you are an inconvenience and i hate having to go back but this is twice now so best part of £65 down the drain. Extremely unhappy bad service they should just do acrylics as their shellac doesnt stay on. UNHAPPY

We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with your nails. First thing, We would like to say we always recommend our clients what is best for their nails to make sure they last, we suggested you to get builder gel (which makes your nails harder, it will cost a little bit more money) as your nails are really weak, but you refused to pay for builder gel, we already put 2 layers of base coat hopefully they will last longer. Moreover the technician who did your nails is the best technician in your salon, we have tried our best to give you best service. It had happened once (we had done your nails and you had came back, we had fixed free each time), you still came to us this time, we couldn't deny to do your nails, that why we tried one more time, as a result you aren't happy. I hope you will find somewhere else to make your nails last. Thank you very much.

I got my nails done here yesterday afternoon and was told by the man with a tattoo sleeve that my Afro meant I ‘must not be from here’. He also felt the need to comment on my hands — as if hot weather and anxiety were something to judge. Imagine being so uneducated in 2025 that you confuse racism and rudeness with small talk. The second staff member actually knew how to treat people with respect, which is the only reason this isn’t a one star.

Called in today, seated straight away, but they were quote busy. Lovely girl talked me through what wanted and did cuticles then a nice man took over to do the gel nails. Very friendly and polite. Reasonable prices. Nails look great, very happy. (It's cash only but there is a cashpoint round the corner) will definitely go back as it was quite relaxing even though it was quite busy.

didn't like it at all, the service is horrible- not much english so it's very difficult to explain what you need
I was charged extra to change the nail shape and I'm sorry to say - the girl didn't do a good square shape or manicure,
the colour was hit and moss, too
is quite expensive for what they're offering...

We have tried our best to serve everyone but doesnt mean everyone is happy, that is why We always guarantee nails done by us for 2 weeks so i think it would be nicer to message us instead of rated us 1* in here. And we wonder if your review was on purpose or not as i saw you reviewed and rated so many other shops, colleges, etc... 1* ??? I would suggest you to try other nail salons in town. Thank you.
