I normally absolutely love it here I go all the time and I normally get treated lovely but this time I went in they seem to treat me like a inconvenience especially reminding about the colour I wanted and the length of nail and at the end of it my nails are different sizes on both hands. Normally I dont complain but I felt like I was being looked down on but normally amazing

Not a great experience.. it started where I had already been let down by another nail shop, and sassy nails said they could fit me in first thing in the morning 9am she said.. I turned up at 8:55 the shop was not open, there was also another lady outside waiting and had told me she was meant to have an appointment at 8:30 yet no one had turned up yet, she rang them and they said 10/15 mins. They did not arrive until 9:30 at this point they was behind with 4 peoples appointments I had to wait a further 15 mins until I was seen and there was two of them serving 4 people going back and forth. Not very professional, because they was so behind on appointments they rushed mine and a young lasses nails, when she had done I looked at them and they looked okay but once I had paid and left the shop and on further inspection my nails are wonky, I got french tips and they are so messy, my nails haven’t been filed properly there is nail glue on the side of my fingers, and I also asked for coffin and they are in the middle of coffin and square. it looks like a child has done them.
It is such a shame as I have heard such good things about this nail salon but unfortunately I won’t be back

Totally ignore bookings and let walk ins sit down ahead of you. I waited 45 mins after my appointment time and still hadn’t started so I left. And not even an apology!
