I’ve Had my nails done here for a long time, today I’ve got them done and what a mess they are, they are that bad I’ve had to make a new appointment at a different nail shop, the new woman who did them her attitude was Disgusting she is very rude, she was ragging my hands. Had her hand on the nail lamp while the lady next to me had her hand in it, this is not the first time she has messed nails up she messed my friends up that bad she had to get them done again within 2 weeks of her getting them done has her nail snapped of all I can say she can’t even get a 1 star never mind 5 and I will never be going there AGAN

Me and my friend had very bad experience, they won’t even respond to our questions,I showed a picture in the begining and they just ruined it with 100% confidence and they were not happy with me asking to try something else.No finishing and no perfect shape .Very bad experience.

Pricing was really good and nails are absolutely beautiful, atmosphere was a little off and they kind of brushed off what i was asking for.
In the end the nails turned out absolutely beautiful i just felt like the customer service could of been better.

Wonderful experience. Very skilled staff and my nails look wonderful. Tried the pedicure also which was very thorough and relaxing. My feet have never felt and looked as good. I will definitely be back

I will never go back here again 42 pounds for nails that are all different shapes and sizes I asked for the man to paint under my nail red he refused said no it not look good, I had to go back to correct the shape on 1 of them I clearly stated coffin shape which 1 was just standard shape, I feel robbed first time in ages I treat myself for my birthday and this is the service I recieve, severely unhappy, looks like I am going to Newcastle on Saturday with weird shape nails 😡

Worst ever do not go here. They never listen to what u want nor do they even care I told her about 5 times the nail drill was burning me and she didn’t listen I also told her I wasn’t pink I got white. When I said no pink she still persisted on the white the French manicure isn’t even done properly it’s all wonky the worst nails I have ever had in my life

i’m not one to complain, however i went for a full set acrylics just short french tips. They cost £38 (different price every time). They dug so hard into my fingers with the nail file that i was bleeding from two fingers, there was blood on the nail file and he just put it back in the drawer. God bless the next person to have that nail file used on them. So unhygienic and unprofessional.

I love my nails. They did exactly what my inspo pic was perfectly.They were really busy when I came in and considering I didn’t book in I only had to wait 10 minutes. I am really pleased and will definitely be coming back for my summer nails . I got medium length gel extensions for £35 and I think that is a reasonable price considering they could have changed a lot more . They were really professional buffing filing and cutting my cuticles they did not cut my fingers and were gentle . They were kind asking if I was happy happy with them and asking me what shade and length of nail I was happy with . I wouldn’t %100 recommend this place for professional and affordable nails .
