Lovely staff, I went back to exchange a foundation as I got the wrong colour and the staff member not only helped me exchange it but made sure i left with the right colour. Very very lovely

Went to the pharmacy to collect an emergency 111 prescription. Big queue to get to the counter and then the staff seemed to have no idea how to retrieve it from the system. After going round and round in circles for about 20 minutes I eventually gave up and left without it. I found the staff to be brusque and unhelpful and won't ever be going back. You would think that people dealing with the health of others would take a bit more interest.

I give a 1 star rating for my initial experience today. The website states Boots opening times. It does not mention in that section a separate opening times for the Pharmacy, very misleading. Would it be possible to add to the 'opening times' the opening times of the Pharmacy? Thank you for considering my suggestion.

Isn’t it strange that when I complained about the Pharmacy Assistant with long blonde hair, being rude, blunt and intimidating, I received a phone call from the manager to say that all of the staff are professional and polite and he couldn’t understand my complaint, however he was sorry. I see many customers have commented to the same effect, over a long period of time.

I had a really horrendous experience at the fragrance shop today so I came to boots in Lancaster town centre. I was treated politely by a lovely young lady Ester.
She listened to me prattle about my experience I had just had and was very empathetic. You didn't have the fragrance that I had just returned to the fragrance shop. Ester didn't give up. She asked what kind of smells I preferred and asked if I would be interested in smelling others. I agreed and Ester found a beautiful scent for me. I now have a new favourite perfume ( I want choo )
The 30 ml bottle was £51 but Ester was kind enough to steer me towards the gift pack of 60 ml and the body wash for £49.32.
What an absolute credit to your company .
I would appreciate it if you could pass on my sincere thanks.
