I have been to this salon a few times and the quality of service is inconsistent. They were okay sometimes, disappointing other times. The last time I went I had a younger boy do my nails, he took two hours, was very rude (rolling his eyes at me) and by the end I had to ask another member of staff to fix them because I just could not bring myself to leave with them, I did not want to pay for the service I received and I never went back after this. In general, the staff are very cold, dismissive and the experience just ends up being stressful. I definitely don’t recommend. Also, I had been asking for gel extension every time I went and found out recently I was actually getting some kind of weird acrylic. Shocking.
