Came on Monday to get a gel polish - after patiently waiting about 30 mins, nails were done in about 5 - only 2 coats applied and felt completely rushed. It was obvious he didn’t want to lose his next client and didn’t really care about my custom. Started to chip after the first day and now after day 2 I’ve had to remove the polish as my nails look horrendous! The gel also looked completely uneven after looking properly once I left. Will definitely not be returning here. - bit of advice, concentrate on the customers you have in and maybe give people a time to return if it’s busy rather than feel the need to rush people

I had a very disappointing experience here. I paid £40 for a pedicure, but the service was completely unprofessional. They didn't wash/clean properly, and the gel was left lumpy and uneven because they didn't file it correctly.
​The most concerning part was the payment; they insisted on cash only and became very aggressive and angry when I requested a receipt. Even then, they provided a dodgy hand-written receipt with no business name, no address, and no contact information. This is very suspicious and unprofessional. Avoid this place if you want quality service and transparency.
