Google Excellent as always, my lashes were perfect for 3 weeks and would have lasted longer but unfortunately I had to remove them for going back to work. Only lost 4 on that whole time but you couldn't tell they were so full. Thank you Sugar they were fabulous and exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to booking again in December

Google Do not get your lashes done here they cause extreme irritation I went to another place and they said I will have to go to a&e as the glue used was extremely strong and all over my eyelids

Your malicious comment is totally unacceptable. We are a prudent beauty therapist, We treat every client with a strong sense of responsibility and always trying to achieve what the clients ask for.
I don’t know who you are, we never had any clients called Micheal Myers!
If you are truly our client, and what you stated is real then I am sorry that you have experienced some sort of allergic reactions to the lash glue, maybe eyelid being swelling that made you feel irritated but we would NEVER apply any glue on your eyelid , it is NOT possible at all, lash glue would only touch the roots of each natural lashes and could only stay on lashes, and can never stay on skin, because skin is oily
Plus we have made patch test on our booking site available and always encouraged all new clients to book a patch test prior to lash treatment you are responsible for failing to do so. We have used the exact same glue on thousands of clients with no issues at all and have over hundreds of regular clients come back for more every 2-3 weeks , that has proven our glue is safe.

Google Very hurt and disappointed. I have being going for over a year for lashes and brows. A while ago and double booked a hybrid lash appointment so I had to cancel one, I have been twice since for a further lash appointment and brow appointment but when I tried to book yesterday I was unable to do so. Contacted salon to be told my account has been suspended. Following several communications Sugar has wrongly accused me of frequently not showing up for appointments or arriving late! This simply is not true. Counter productive on her part as I will now take my business elsewhere. I have emailed Fresha directly to complain. I do not like being accused of things I HAVE not done.
Owner Response:
We didn’t accuse you. We simply stated the facts. ( all records of your late cancellations and no shows available to view on Fresha) You used an expired invalid bank credit card to make appointments with us. In the past year you had one no show, two last min cancellation within less than 24 hours prior to appointments( not even mentioned the other 11 cancellations that you made but they are complied with the 48 hours rules so we accepted those), one of these 3 occasions you refused to pay, due to Fresha could not process the cancellation fee from your chosen payment method. You now have owed our salon a £10.2 fee which is still unpaid.
You used an invalid payment card to made appointment you think you can just get away when late cancel or no show, is considered fraudulent, it is fraud by false representation. It’s a criminal offence. You messaged us we politely replied all your messages, you never apologised for your behaviour and yet come here to leave a one star.
We blocked you because we can not trust you any more. I would now warn other salons your illegal and indecent behaviour and avoid you. You keep doing this or harassing us the next thing we do is to pass your name to the police.

Google This has become my favourite place for getting my lashes and eyebrows done. It’s very relaxing. Sugar does an amazing job and it’s very quick. And lashes stay on for a very long time. Definitely will keep coming back.
