I use to visit these frequently when I was in Hemel, then moved so only came when I was in the area.

Turned up at 18:06 asking for an infill, I was told there was no time which is absolutely fine and went back to my car behind the shop.

I called another nail shop asking for an urgent appointment and they could fit me in in 5 minutes.

I was double parked by someone else on the flats above.

I asked if the client behind could move their car and was told no I had to wait, whenever I’ve visited here they’ve always been helpful before about moving cars as it’s common to double park.

I’ve now been sat for nearly 15 minutes waiting for their client to finish and missed my other appointment.

I wouldn’t say friendly or helpful, and very different to the vibe I used to get when I visited previously.

Always 10/10 and welcomed with a smile.
Pedicure always good - massage chair helps!
Whilst I tend to stick with pinks and purples there is a wide choice of colour and nail art extrodinaire.
Good price point, loyalty scheme and parking all positives
