was not similar to my inspiration picture i showed them, feels quite flimsy and like they are going to fall off and not secure, application was not the best and i still see big parts of my nail that didn’t get any acrylic and it also doesn’t reach the cuticle, quite dissapointing 😔😔

Was in the area on the bank holiday and all the other nail shops were fully booked so my excitement was real when I got here and found availability. The staff arr lovely and the atmosphere wad pleasant. The service was pretty quick as tends to be these days at the nail shop. I did a gel manicure and pretty much got what I wanted. Duting the process, i showed the technician a nail thay seemed to be lifting or hadn't dried too well. She proceeded to file the excess and made it look better. When I left, i noticed that that nail was smudged and the polish chipped a bit. I was annoyed but almost expectant as I knew it hadn't dried well. Also, my cuticles were hot handled at all in the 'manicure' service i asked for. I essentially just got a file and paint.
My true annoyance came the following day when half the top coat chipped off! A fully fresh set with one chipped nail looled terrible so on the next day, I went to another salon to get that nail fixed. All was good until the day after that (day 2) i noticed a chip in another nail. And each day since, more and more. Now i understand why it was the only place not fully booked.
The problem is that these days, the focus is more getting you out the chair just as quickly as you got in. It's become all about speed and not about quality. I'd rather pay more for a service that takes a bit longer in which i can actually enjoy the session and the finished product that I am paying for, will last me longer than a day!

I love this shop, the only place that does my nails perfectly. The staff are so friendly and always go out of their way to make your visit comfortable. They are so good at helping me in choosing colours for my nails as I am terrible at it 😂 .

Nails are extremely wonky and on both hands my French tip is thicker on my right hand then on my left, the man that did my nails didn’t ask me how long I wanted them and just cut them way too short then what I wanted I was in a rush, as I had work so I didn’t want to take the extra time for him to then have to take them off so I just went with the length he cut !

Been coming here since COVID, always paid by bank transfer. Went today and was told no it’s cash only. When i quizzed and showed him well over 30 payments to them via transfer he tried to say that wasn’t his shop! Really poor service this time, not happy with the product or customer service

If I could give this place 6 stars I would! I have been coming here for years - they're so friendly and nice, and the nails always come out incredible. I'll never go to another salon. Love this place!!

I am really quite shocked and disappointed after my appointment today. I have been very ill the last week and my boyfriend recommend I get Christmas nails to cheer myself up. I made an appointment at this nail bar. My nails were really rushed, I asked for almond and got a mix between that and stiletto and my whole left hand nails are slanted to the right.

I initially had a picture of a set I wanted which they said they didn’t have the same colours, so I chose individual ones (A red and nude for red tips) whilst painting on the nude I asked if I could just have all red instead of the design as it didn’t look like the photo and the nude was too pink) I asked if he could just paint red over the top. He seemed annoyed and the three staff members started talking in their language, laughing and kept each staring at me clearly talking about me.

He then decided to drill off the paint, and repaint them. When it came to paying I was told I wasn’t allowed to pay by bank transfer even tho I have used it every other time that I have been. On Saturdays and Sundays. Apparently they only accept cash?? When I told them I only had my phone on me as I’d always bank transferred before they said I could do it this once.

Really disappointed I was treated this way over just changing my mind, I told the nail tech I was happy for him to paint over so it didn’t put him out and don’t think being treated like this was fair when I am paying for nails I have to wear. I will not be recommending people to you anymore.
