I came to do my hair for a wedding. It was a horrible experience. They didn’t listen to what I wanted and it was just so unprofessional. The other hairdresser kept hugging interrupting the person attending me all the time. They were shouting instead of talking so many times. I was looking for such a simple hair style and it took both of them simultaneously to attempt it and it looked so bad. After several attempts I gave up, went to another hairdresser across the road and they fixed the style I actually wanted in 10 minutes.
Also, even partioning and washing my hair was so not gentle, I can’t understand how you can get that part wrong.

Had a cut today by lovely Shery, and she did a perfect job! Really happy with it, she cut the layers beautifully and my hair feels much lighter and healthier. Really recommend and will 100% be back!

I had a facial & wax with Shery today, and both were amazing. She was really friendly, and the facial was very relaxing and my skin feels so clean & looks great. And the wax has also really helped the appearance of pores on my nose. Definitely recommend!

Went for a hair dye. Didn't dye It the desired colour, took my reference picture which showed peach and claimed I wanted orange, as in ginger. Refused to bleach my hair even after i had agreed to the damage it would cause it.
Was far from gentle when washing my hair, the sylist's nails scraped my scalp as though they were trying to remove it.
Their scissors were dull and pulled my hair as they cut face framing layers.
They charged me £110 for a painful hairwash, wrong dye and blow dry. They also charged me £48 on a different day for another painful wash, cut and waxing of eyebrows which they also decided to shape and beautify without asking me if I wanted the extra things done. I had only agreed to waxing my eyebrows.
They had told me dying my hair was going to be £40 maybe £50 over the phone. Upon getting the work done they charged me £110.

Overall poor listening skills in terms of what was wanted, unprofessional procedures, non-transparency with prices.
