I came here a while ago to do simple manicure and pedicure and I got manhandled and felt like staff doesn’t even want me to be here. Nice and smiley lady at the door was probably the only good thing about this salon. Pedicure was good only because the massage chair was turned on. Lady who did it and my manicure was pointing with her finger where am supposed to go or sit without any word at all, she was rushing and yanking my fingers and completely ruined my nail plate with electric nail file leaving visible marks on them. At the end I found out I can’t even pay with card as it’s not mentioned anywhere that this salon takes only cash. Really disappointing and absolutely horrible experience.

I can’t recommend USA Diamond Nails in Hemel Hempstead enough. The customer service is absolutely fantastic, the nail quality is amazing, and they are super fast without ever compromising on perfection.

Vicky, the owner, is fabulous. I only ever get my nails done by her — she’s a true perfectionist and knows exactly how I like my nails. She doesn’t even need to ask anymore; she just does them beautifully every single time.

Great pricing, great availability, and I’m always able to get an appointment — even last minute. Every visit feels personal and professional, and I’m always made to feel so looked after. I was even treated to a lovely voucher at Christmas, which was such a thoughtful touch.

If you’re looking for flawless nails, excellent service, and a salon that genuinely cares, this is the place. 💅✨

Paid £42 for full set which is a absolute rip off considering my nails are wonkey and the french tip doesn’t match I certainly wouldn’t recommend and won’t ever be back

Fantastic service. Was offered tea and coffee by staff.
Took their time and great care in my nails I really wanted. I thought I was being too difficult but look how amazing they did. Worth the money spent. Thank you so much. Been coming here years and I can tell you I'm really fussy. And i have croocked (twisting fingers) they made the nails look straight and amazing ty.

£30 for an infill and shellac. I hadn’t expected it to take over an hour. Nails were horrible and thick, even though I said thinner. They ended up lumpy and just looked awful especially when growing out. I think it could have been the lady? As a girl next to me was having a full set and done in half the time. Maybe she was new? But it’s put me off sadly.

I've been going here for a couple of months. The staff are always pleasant and quick to remedy any issues. They never rush and always make you feel welcome
