I’ve absolutely loved my nails every time I’ve come here, seen several different nail techs and all have been brilliant. A couple of times they’ve just known what I actually wanted and have suggested something better than the idea/picture I’ve come in with (they’ve also turned me into a total BIAB convert). Would highly recommend coming here :)

Wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails. Always so welcoming and take the time to help you pick exactly what you want. Offer you free drinks. I love getting nail art and they do it amazing. Don't understand the bad reviews they are lovely people and always make me and my Mum feel welcome. I get biab and they last ages. Always go away happy. The owner is very friendly and welcoming and so is Louise and Mina. But they're all lovely.xx

Only my second time coming here and I can't fault the experience. Billy is sassy and funny yet professional while still doing a fantastic job on my hands and feet. Relaxed atmosphere. Very clean facilities. I highly recommend and will be back! Thank you Billy!

10/10. I love this salon the nail techs are so friendly and welcoming, always offered a drink when I sit down. Been here twice now, for holiday nails and they have not disappointed, they pay attention to detail and never rush which is so nice. They also always ask if I’m happy with my nails and are willing to change any little mistakes. Would come again if I’m in the area. Quite pricey but Highly recommend.

Came on Tuesday to have my nails done, usually have shellac elsewhere but was nearby so tried here. The lady talked me into getting Biab saying it lasts longer well the next day my thumb nail chipped. I waited 30mins to have one nail fixed on Saturday and today (Sunday) my middle nail has broken - I work from home and have very short nails so there is no reason for two nails to break in less than a week. I won't be going back and would actively advise you to avoid this salon.

I have been a loyal customer here for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. As I was about to sit down for my appointment, the owner, Tran, said “congratulations, you look pregnant.” I was so upset by this that I left in floods of tears before my treatment had even started.

This is completely inappropriate to say to a customer. You never know what someone may be going through, whether that is infertility, miscarriage, IVF, or other deeply personal circumstances. Comments like this are harmful and extremely hurtful.

I visit here every month, and on this occasion I had come to treat myself and lift my spirits after a series of medical procedures and surgeries, which made the situation even more distressing. I have been upset all weekend since this happened.

As a result, I will not be returning. I strongly hope this is taken seriously and that greater awareness and sensitivity are shown in future so no one else has to experience this.

£58 for just acrylics with a design is completely overpriced. On top of that, I had my nails done over a week ago and they’ve already overgrown. I asked the nail technician to cut my cuticles first, but she said she would do them later. Instead, she waited until after applying the first layer of paint on the acrylics, which makes no sense. She didn’t even trim or prep my natural nails before starting. What kind of service is this? Absolutely atrocious. After a week is this how they supposed to look like??

I get my nails done here monthly and a few times I’ve not been happy with the results and it’s overpriced. I went and saw the older bold gentleman and my goodness was he rude. Very impatient and rushed to finish. I wasn’t happy with the outcome and he didn’t listen to my idea. I don’t like confrontation so I stayed quiet. I will give it one more try otherwise I’ll be looking for a new place. It’s more about aesthetics and less about customer satisfaction.
