The owner is very rude! I went to this salon 4-5 times as the location was very convenient for me but unfortunately had bad experience each time which I had to stop going. She is rude and has no customer skills. Such a shame.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to go to this salon for years yet stopped going because of how RUDE the owner is. Went there today for a quick infill, showed the man exactly what i wanted and ended up with something completely different. I then questioned what I had been given to what I wanted and the man basically threw a hissy fit. He assumed I wasn’t paying barged past, opened the door and shouted at me to ‘get out’ numerous times. I then had to leave with half wet/done nails 3 days before Christmas. The owner seriously needs to work on his professionalism and how he treats his customers. He is so rude and I was completely disgusted with how he spoke/acted towards me just because he wasn’t bothered to correct his mistakes on a FRENCH tip 😂 STAY AWAY from this crazy owner.

Won’t go to any other nail salon in Cheshunt. Trust me your nails will not chip for weeks if you get them done here. My friends from London even travel here because the quality and value is so good
