Never ever go to this nail salon they do not have a clue on how a good set of nails should look .unprofessional rude and customer service is zero if you what wonky nails that look like there all going in different directions then this is the nail shop for you as for the shop it’s self it needs a good clean, avoid avoid avoid if I could give zero stars I would.

I’ve been going to elegant nails for 3 years and they never fail to amaze me every time.
Their shaping, attention to detail and customer service is top tier.
They never fail to make me laugh with their silly little jokes and always make me feel welcomed.
I recommend all of my friends to come and get their nails done by them and they always say they are the best.
My favourite nail shop ever.

I been going to this shop for a little while and recently I’ve recognised they always put extra money on top and I really don’t want to argue so I just pay and leave it as that the prices are clearly on the wall and they always over charge me and I have very short basic nails I also got my toes done I don’t recommend as I will now be doing my feet again myself this evening as there’s still loads of dead skin on my feet overall I am no longer going to this shop and on top of that I left with one nail bleeding
