Deeply disappointing experience.

I wasn’t allowed to choose the type of extension I wanted, and the head nail technician was rude, sarcastic, and visibly irritated throughout the appointment. She was clearly making rude remarks in Vietnamese that left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome.

The entire experience was tense and unpleasant — far from what a paying customer should expect. The owner seemed polite and sweet, but the overall atmosphere and behaviour of the staff were completely unacceptable. I left feeling shaken and upset.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! They ruined my nails then I went back and complained and they still managed to mess them up. They are not friendly at all. They can’t do nail art. Never going back. Such a joke!

Do not go to this salon I went there with my mom and had the worst nail experience. I told her wanted almond with a pink colour but the nail shape doesn’t look like almond it’s my mom asked for french tip and she hates them both of our nails had glitter when we didn’t ask for it. The pedicure was even worse my toes look like it’s been painted by a child. The service was bad but the staff were really nice still wouldn’t recommend. On an additional note my nails came off a week an a half later. DO NOT GO!

Very nice, family run business, always feel welcome here. They kept the shop open for me as a last minute walk in. Very nice pedicure.

I was puzzled by the low rating of this salon, so I decided to give it a try. I was shocked by the poor quality of work: they barely trimmed the cuticles, the nail polish was applied unevenly, and, worst of all, the tools were not properly sterilised (leaving clippers in a glass with antibacterial solution is not proper sterilisation!). Avoid!
PS nail with gel broke after one day!

Treated my Wife and sadly she wasn't impressed. Said it felt hurried and the staff were rude. Now paying to have her nails redone elsewhere

Service has really gone downhill over the years. A word of advice if you are silly enough to go here… ask them to crack a window or keep the door open because I can tell you now, their attitudes be STINKIN.

Awful experience. Cost me £20 to get gels removed and they have completely butchered my nails. They filed them so much as you can see it actually hurt and my nails are ridiculously thin and sore and sensitive now. I did not have gels put back on. Service was extremely slow. Can not believe I actually paid money for them to do this to my nails. I also experienced them being very rude to another customer who had a young child with her. Customer asked technician to stop yanking her arm, that she was trying to settle her toddler and the customer was asked to leave and told she would not be able to have gels put back on.

Absolutely incredible, went above and beyond. Cleanest nails I’ve ever had done. Stayed open for me when I called last minute. Added snowflakes when I was scared to ask for them because it was my first time there. She was so meticulous and it shows. Absolutely brilliant 10/10. I will be coming back.

Manager there is just rude and doesn't listen to what you ask for.. she is good at nails but rudeness puts me off.. I was there with 2 other customers and you can tell she is making comments to staff about customers.
With her the customer is always wrong...
