I was considering booking a hygiene treatment here, as I’m local to the area and often visit Simon’s next door. However, after the appalling way I was treated this morning by what appeared to be the owner, I won’t be stepping foot inside this place.

At around 8:30 AM, I parked briefly outside while grabbing a coffee from Simon’s — no disruption, literally a few seconds. As I returned to my car, a blonde woman (who I later saw entering the dental hygiene practice and may well be the owner) stood there glaring and instantly confronted me in an extremely hostile and aggressive manner, as if she owned the street.

I calmly acknowledged the mistake with parking slightly off-bay, but instead of handling it with any professionalism or decency, she continued with rude behaviour, including showing two fingers at me. I found the whole interaction completely inappropriate and uncalled for.

If this is how members of the public are treated outside the business, I can only imagine the kind of service and attitude you'd receive inside. Very disappointing and totally unnecessary. Definitely taking my custom to professionals who understand basic respect and customer service — thankfully I ended up getting excellent treatment at a reputable clinic on Upper Street in Angel instead.

Avoid if you value courtesy and respect.

A went for a walk in Hollywood wax and underarm the ladies looked a little puzzled by the request. At this point I should have just left but I carried on. Wax was going okay, though the lady went over and over an area and I was worried I may have a bruise. They lady was very friendly which is always good. Cut the story short, there were patches of hair round the bikini area,I insisted that she cleaned the Libia area as she was hesitant but I wanted Hollywood and so I encouraged her to clean. She kept saying oo she shouldn't continue and I should leave it like that. Am happy she atleast tried but in the end it wasn't a clean wax, when she said she was done I asked what of the backside to which she said she ran out of wax strips. So she went round the shop looking for some. I wasn't happy as its not professional start a job you can't finish to tell the client you ran out of the essentials. I could hear her being pissed off and complaining to her colleague about it. So now I have to go to another clinic to finish the job. Heads up check first if they have the essentials before getting a treatment and I wouldn't recommend doing a wax there. And yes I did end up with a bruise on my underarm, my first since getting a wax.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! They charge £150 for a teeth whitening kit that you can get online (THE EXACT SAME BRAND) for £70-£80....and it does not work!!! You have to do it for 10 days afterwards....an hour at a time, it's a complete rip off and waste of money....I just called to give feedback back and the woman was completely rude and hung the phone up on me because she had no excuse...This place is a scam if I could give zero stars I would have....and I will be letting everyone I know not to use this fraud of a place

Being pregnant I was not comfortable the way I was treated in other salons so I tried E-denclinic but I have to say is the best experience I've ever had. No pain at all and very good job done without pulling the skin like I had with other salons. 5* plus
