do not go if they have a queue, they will rush the job and are rude to customers. I had thick eyebrows and she made them so thin and horrible. she didn't even expect payment because she knew it was an awful job. awful place, would definitely not recommend

I’ve visited three times and had lovely experiences before. However, on my most recent visit, the blonde lady with blue eyes shaped my eyebrows unevenly. Unfortunately, they’ve been growing back unevenly for the past two weeks, and I’ve been unable to fix them.

I’m disappointed to leave this review, but I wasn’t happy with the result this time

Hi m really disappointed everytime with golden hair lady with glass every weekends I go to do threading either at 2pm or 3 pm or 3:30pm she always refuses to do she always says it’s time to close down or busy or no time or it’s booked already it’s been three week continuously going there but never I got the chance to do, lady is very rude and never welcome the customer it’s really bad experience. Young girl is far better than her so polite and kind and helps the customer anytime. Please take action if it continues no customers will be a happy customers only because of her.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The lady with blondish hair with glasses on ruined my eyebrows. She doesn’t know how to do them at all. I was left with one very thing eyebrow and one thicker one. They were both uneven and looked ridiculous. Worst place ever! Never going back! All I asked for was a clean up! Don’t go there! Unprofessional!

I will never go to the older lady In that shop, she is so rude and and does a terrible job. I wanted a clean up and she left me with thin eyebrows. She hacked away at my brows.
I should have come back another day and have the young girl do it for me. She listens and does a much better job.

My mum went here for eyebrow threading and tint and as she was in the appointment, I was there to support her with translation but what service they provide here is... quite disgusting really. The two ladies that were here at the time were very rude and blunt. Not a single emotion from either of them. Before the older lady did my mum's eyebrows, she was vomiting in the back room. I could hear it through out the store. If you feel sick and just threw up in the back room maybe you shouldn't be doing work and go home and let someone well enough take over? I understand that there was only two staff there that day but I think it's quite disgusting to serve someone right after throwing up. And during her doing my mum's eyebrows, she kept clearing her throat near my mum's face and being rough with her during the threading. The result was pretty and my mum did like the eyebrows but I really think they need to work on the staff behaviour but reading the most recent reviews, it seems like nothing has changed and in fact got worse.
