I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for many years, but recently the experience has gone downhill. The staff at the front desk have become quite rude, and the phone often rings without anyone answering. On top of that, the sunbed course I purchased was somehow used by someone else. The lady with red hair, who had been there for years and always provided great service, is no longer around — and since then, things just aren’t the same. I now only come in for my eyebrows and hair, but I go elsewhere for sunbeds.

Owner Response:

Many thanks for the feedback - on which days did you experience this negative shopping experience? Any particular members of staff that stand out? We will endeavour to address this issue asap. Thank you for your help. The management.
