Total disappointment! First of all, the cleanliness in this place is non-existent, which is completely unacceptable for a tanning salon. When I went in, the floor right where I was supposed to stand was covered in hair and dirt. To make matters worse, the trash can was overflowing with coffee pods and other garbage, clearly showing it hadn't been emptied in a long time. It is absolutely filthy.
​On top of the disgusting environment, the tanning machine itself is useless. I paid for an 8-minute session, but the machine is so slow to start up that I ended up standing there for 10 minutes. This was my first time tanning this year, and after 10 minutes, I have absolutely zero results. In any other salon, 10 minutes for a first session would have left me sunburned! The lamps must be extremely old and worn out.
​A complete waste of money and a health hazard. Save your money and go somewhere clean that actually has working machines!

I had the most incredible experience at Chelsea Hairdresser in Borehamwood! I went in for micro-bonding extensions, toner, a cut, and a blow dry and I couldn’t be happier with the results. NIMA is truly an exceptional hairdresser, so talented, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. My hair looks and feels absolutely amazing!
A huge thank you as well to HUSSAIN (the owner), who went above and beyond to make sure I had my extensions ready first thing in the morning. He even traveled to get them for me, which just shows the level of dedication and care they have for their clients.
The whole experience was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. I felt completely looked after from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.Outstanding service and results! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went in and came out with an amazing cut and colour. Nima cut my hair beautifully and Ellie selected the best shade of colour. 20/10 experience with the loveliest, most attentive stylists. Highly recommend!!

My son (age 13) had his hair cut today, has taken many months with this new "not cutting your hair" trend lol. He was thrilled. The barber (sorry didn't get the name? Maybe owner?) Made him feel really relaxed and chatted with him about what he wanted and understood a young teens wants.He came out super happy, which makes my life easier and happy too.
All the staff were amazing and the salon had a friendly and welcoming vibe. Thanks guys. Will definitely see you next month.

I had a great experience with Ellie at Chelsea hair salon. She cut my hair with care and did an excellent job with that. She showed me where my hair was damaged and that the hair cut will keep my ends looking healthier. This is the 3rd time I have been there and will continue to go there.

I had such an amazing experience at Chelsea Hair And Beauty Salon! My hair was in really bad condition, completely out of shape and quite damaged from bleach, but Ellie worked absolute magic on it. She took the time to really understand what my hair needed and completely transformed it. The cut is perfect, my hair feels so much healthier, and it finally has shape and life again. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. The salon itself is welcoming and professional, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results.
