Diamond Nails has the highest reviews in Borehamwood . I went in to all the other nail salons in Borehamwood to compare attitudes and friendliest !!
This was the only salon where the person I spoke to wasn’t rude or couldn’t be bothered .
They are friendly and very professional in all things , having genuine concerns for your satisfaction .
I had a pedicure by Kim the owner , both my big toe nails are bruised and one broke ! Her husband mended the nail and continued with my wonderful pedicure .
I would recommend this salon to all , why do people go elsewhere to be treated badly !!

Every single one of the staff in diamond nails are amazing and so friendly. After getting my nails done yesterday from somewhere else and absolutely hated them I came to diamond today and couldn’t be happier! Decent nail salon - was my first time using this salon today. I got a removal and new BIAB set. Staff were friendly and I got seated straight away (11.40am ish). Although my nails look pretty decent, I am knocking 1 star off for the following reason:

- Charged me an extra £10 just to add chrome (was very surprised as £10 seems a lot for this?)
- the lady doing my nails was nice, however when filing my removal at the start, was quite harsh with my nails and I think some were overfiled as it hurt quite a bit. Perhaps would suggest to scrape the old gel instead of filing it off to avoid filing the actual nail in future

I have been with diamond nails 2 years now. The staff are always friendly, very personable and knowledgeable with nail care. The shop is spotlessly clean. The prices are very reasonable. I love attending here, it's my once a month treat and love seeing design come to life through the highly skilled nail technicians.

Absolutely shocking customer service, i never had a problem with them always went got my toes done and no issue, until June I had my graduation needed
My toes done, they made a nail shorter than the other and it didn’t match, I never had this issue so I pointed it out asked if it could be made even as I had to wear open toe heels, he proceeded to say he couldn’t do anything and my nails were significantly different, I proceeded to let them know I just wanted them to be equal, they proceeded to say they can’t do anything and he raised his voice told me to go somewhere else and started banging things around loudly as I was putting my shoes back on, it was really disappointing because I’m not one to complain or write reviews but I was really shocked, after the incident I just didn’t get my toes done for a while until today I wanted to get them done and since I didn’t have a previous issue with them before that one incident I booked again. Once I walked in they saw me they started speaking in their language saying “ahhh” it’s her, and he proceeded to let me know he couldn’t provide me the service after I took the time out to book my appointment and come and I have somewhere to be!
