These people are quite rude. I called them 3 times and they put the phone down on me. The only polite person in this shop is Lee. And the price to just have gel nail vanish put on is a joke!! And since they have added the answer service they never answer the phone or call you back.

Best services ive had! Friendly staff, managed to fit me in even though I didn’t have an appointment.
The time the man took on my nails was amazing, every step of the way asked if I liked everything before moving on to the next bit of the process. He also followed the design and made sure I was happy with everything before we were finished. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.

Sorry to leave a comment like this, but I feel I have to share my experience.
I’ve been there twice, and both times were a big disappointment. They file the nails far too much — after a while, your nails start to take on a wavy shape. The polish application is also poorly done. Within a week, it starts peeling or breaking, and you can clearly see how uneven and messy it was.
What’s worse, they file your nails again after the polish is applied, and you can actually see scratch marks on the surface — not a good look 😬.
Honestly, the team seems tired and uninterested in dealing with customers. I usually go somewhere every 3 weeks without any issues, but sadly, I won’t be coming back here.

The worst experience I have ever had!!!!! I was there for 3 hours...the technicians are far from skilled and should not claim to be - I had 2 'technicians' working on my nails:

The 1st - I asked for a new set in the standard stiletto shape. He began by removing my old set and removed so much of my natural nails they were paper thin. He then started to apply the acrylic which was far too thick and uneven, the nails were cut too short and shaped BADLY, I was beyond shocked at how terrible my nails appeared. I was hugely overwhelmed and started to become distressed as I was having them done for a wedding.

The 2nd - I was moved to the next technician who claimed he could fix them, they were in such an awful state, and so short, he tried to mend them but it just got so much worse. I was extremely agitated and asked him to just remove the acrylic that had been applied. He did, and once my natural nails were exposed, they were even thinner than before, 1 of the nails was so thin there was a hole in the center.

After 3 hours, I had to go across the road to another nail technician to start all over again - 4 HOURS LATER!!!!

Not one person apologised to me, no compensation, nothing, I was looked at blankly when I was obviously distressed.

I WILL NEVER GO BACK, AND DO NOT RECOMMEND OTHERS TO DO SO.

came in with a booking and waited 30 minutes which I found quite unprofessional.
Asked for a very simple design, she gasped and said she cant do that (although i think she just didnt want to do it because it would take her too much time and mind you i had a booking) so I just got a simple extension with just gel polish on. they made my fingers bleed and just didnt care, was in a lot of pain when they would e-file my nails also. The shape was also really poorly done and not the length I asked for. They also started to lift very soon after so I just took them off after a week to avoid bacteria from moisture getting inside. Just find a different salon, the price isnt even worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. Booked an appointment with Lee at 2pm. At 2.30 he was busy filing someone’s nails . I asked what was happening and told he would be free in a few minutes. 15 minutes later he still hadn’t started painting her nails. I was told an hour later sorry he is busy and offered someone else, soon. They know we as a regular and as such decided to treat me like a fool. I was smiling and patient initially but realised later it was to my detriment. As I quietly complained on the phone later so as not to make a fuss in the store, I was asked ‘have you finished’. They’ve lost my custom. Same with my daughter and it turns out my mother was treated even worse last time. 2 hours wasted and not even a sincere apology. Don’t bother.

I had a really disappointing experience getting acrylic nails here. First, the technician seemed rushed and wasn’t very gentle — I left with sore fingers and uneven nails. The shape I asked for wasn’t followed,too much thick and some nails are noticeably thicker than others. I wanted french and they are uneven,Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.

This place ... by far...the WORST. Service is terrible, they are not friendly and made me wait 1 hour even when I booked an appointment. So unfriendly. Please don't go here. Really really not good. Man was eating and the woman didn't give a crap.
