I’ve been going to Nail Avenue for over a year for BIAB, and it’s made my nails much stronger. The service is always excellent - staff are welcoming, skilled, and accommodating.

I always book with Anthony, who is very attentive when doing my infills, regardless all the staff are great. The salon is clean, tidy, and free from strong fumes. I’ve never been disappointed! Highly recommend

All blue design is what I wanted.
Im not happy at all with what I got!
The love heart is tiny, the lady (Alice is who I booked with) looked at my design once for no more than a minute. She never asked what shape I wanted so I guess she went on the design which again she hardly looked at.
As you can see from my photos my nails are different shapes and some are not even straight.
My actually nails are sore which these on, they are thicker then anywhere else ive ever been.
I paid £5 online was meant to pay £30 when I was there, I got told it was £43 but as I paid the £5 it was £38. I guess it’s because I had the little heart added but even then an extra £8 for a heart you can’t see depending on which way my hand is was a bit much.
I only booked here as shenley nails was fully booked (where I normally go) and I regret it.

Very happy with my nails!! Laura and team are very efficient. Been here many times for biab infills - chrome 1st time and cat eye ever since and always getting so many compliments. So convenient booking online and being seen on time without having to wait! Thank you for my lovely nails Laura and team see you soon!

I had my acrylics removed and re-done the following day elsewhere as I wasn’t happy at all. It’s a shame as I spent a lot of money. They did change the colour for me as it was clear that I chose a red colour which came out purple… so thank you for changing it. However I still wasn’t happy. The shape and length was all wrong as well- not like the usual almond shape I’ve had at Nail Avenue before.
