Been here multiple times for nails with no issues. Went recently and had man attending to me who I had not seen before. He filed my toe to the point of bleeding, then put alcohol directly onto the wound causing so much pain, then didn’t even have the decency to offer a slight discount. They were apologetic but it is a hygiene and safety issue and I won’t be returning.

Shocking! Didn’t even look me in face. Just pointed when he wanted me to do something. RUDE. All I wanted was my BIAB removing, he broke a nail with his aggressive filing afterwards so will now need to get my nails done again as the break is so low. I personally will never go there again.

I’ve had my gel nails done here a couple of times, but unfortunately, they didn’t last—one broke off within a week. The person who did my nails wasn’t friendly or responsive. Whenever I asked questions, I didn’t get any answers. Sometimes you need guidance on choosing the right treatment or nail polish, but they weren’t helpful at all. For example, I selected a color, and when I asked for something lighter after seeing it on one nail, he just grabbed a lighter shade and continued without reapplying the base coat or confirming if the new color was what I wanted. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience, and I probably won’t return.

Daughter paid £40 to have nails done and they started coming off after only 3 days. I took her in at weekend and they were very rude and said because a week would not sort out missing nails. STAY AWAY!

Do not get your nails here, I went for biab and it was honestly the worst mistake. I’d not had it done before but it was so painful, they told me that’s the way it should be (I’ve now had it done multiple times since at proper places and it doesn’t hurt at all) it was so thick, not to the cuticle, no prep. They are rude and charge more than a proper place. Do not waste your time. So many other lovely places to go.
