I am genuinely disgusted by the way my friend and I were treated today. From the moment we walked in, the experience was unpleasant. There was a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the salon, visible dirt around the workspace, and peeling wallpaper on the walls. The overall cleanliness and presentation were extremely poor and did not feel hygienic or professional.

There was confusion regarding a student discount that could have been explained calmly. Instead, we were spoken to rudely and shouted at, which was completely unnecessary.

During the appointment, the technician repeatedly discussed the situation in her own language while clearly referencing “ID,” which made both of us feel very uncomfortable. When I politely expressed that this was making us uncomfortable, she abruptly cut my friend’s nails off and refused to continue the service.

The hostility, lack of professionalism, and poor hygiene standards were shocking. Please do not go here. I would strongly advise choosing another salon.
