Would give no stars if I could, the fact they weren't busy should of been a give away. The minute my mum, daughter and myself sat down they started talking in they're own language which is rude! They didnt like it when I spoke to my mum behind my hand though.
Never been for a pedicure where they paint ur toes before the pedicure and soaking them. The man I had rushed through everything, even to the point of scratching the hell out of my legs with his nails rather than massaging them!! They stung when put back in the water, also he left me with 2 ingrowing nails which I've had to pull out myself chipping my nail.
Avoid at all costs

If I could I would give them one star terrible experience the boss him self got nasty attitude, specially if u are coloured person I would advice u not to go there u can see it from their face they got assumptions about u ,they always talk about people in their language in a top of that they don’t like u complaining about the nails they do, awful employees awful boss.

I stopped going here 2 years ago because the staff were rude and spoke about everyone in their own language. I used to frequently have problems with peeling, thick gel polish. Whenever I returned to have this rectified the boss, especially would make me feel stupid and get quite aggressive and angry. He even told me to go elsewhere as there's enough nail shops to choose from. My fingers were often cut and left sore and bleeding afterwards and the whole experience would literally leave me nervous. Cinderella's have gone completely downhill and any other salon is a huge improvement!

Had a set of acrylic nails done wasn't to happy as the shape wasn't amazing didn't look like coffin cut and some nails seemed longer than other so will be trying somewhere else next time

Beautiful inside, even has a bar! Did a great job on the design I showed, lots of colours to choose from. Had to wait a little but this was the case anywhere as it’s walk ins. Cash only.

This was the most miserable experience of decades of having my nails done. Perhaps I was just unlucky to get a really miserable woman. She complained constantly “you are not relaxed”; “Your nails are all different lengths” - oops sorry they grow as they wish 🙄. I’m sure she was maybe having a bad day but her attitude, lack of care and the filthy condition of her workspace ruined this for me, and it was a birthday treat.

I have to say the other ladies seem to work in a cleaner fashion and I’m not prude, these places are often grimy but….

Ladies I’d pick another salon…

Right so I got my nails done like 2 weeks ago they haven’t last, I got white tips they messed up everything the size the paint and the glitter and they are very thin. Never going there again, the rushed my nails they didn’t check anything about it, one of my nails have snapped off and they want me to pay for their mistake

The constant prices changes are annoying, when I have exactly the same service a month later is it £3 more expensive. It doesn’t give me the incentive to return as a ‘valued’ customer if I’m going to be charged more for the same service. Also please refrain from talking about customers amongst staff, it’s not professional, and it’s hardly relaxing when it’s clearly obvious you’re being spoken about. Please don’t be so naive to think that nobody understands what your saying, I do and what I’ve heard many time on several visits is quiet frankly, vile! If you came to an English run salon or any shop for that matter and they spoke about you in front of you surely you would free uncomfortable. I feel that’s the biggest let down is the professionalism, you can say welcome and thank you all you like but the body language clearly reflects different.

I have been going to Cinderella Nails Ltd
For so many years.
Now it’s time to change my nail shop!!

Firstly, the prices are not as stated as on the new Board, which has changed “again” since last month!
I was told an extortionate price at the end of my nail appointment, NOT before, like the usual three people who do my nails do.
I only had BIAB infill with white tips and was charge £48!!!!! For infill? With white tip!!!

I always have BIAB Infills and a pedicure.
This is the first time I am UNHAPPY with the service I got.
My cuticles were not trimmed like they usually are

I also didn’t receive the finishing touches (cuticle oil).
My toes were cut far too short, now my big toe and little toe hurt!
My toenails were also rounded off, anyone knows you’re not meant to round the toenails off as this can cause ingrowing toenails!!!

As for my actual pedicure, my feet felt no different.
None of my toes are cut evenly, some are cut far too short, and the French tip is all uneven.

My views on this shop have heavily changed, therefore, I won’t be using your services again.

My daughter is a beautician, she does pedicures and nails also.
I paid for her to have a pedicure as a birthday treat. The lady who did her pedicure used the pebble stone to file the tops of her feet!!…
Leaving her with scratches and. Feeling very sore!

This is one of the worst nail shop ever. Staff are rude and ignorant. I had a manicure and while I was having my nails done I asked for a face mask after 10 minutes I realised I was given a used facemask which was disgusting.
