My favourite Nail bar so far. Everyone was super friendly. The decor is beautiful, tea offered and and enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend this place.

I appreciated the lovely nails aesthetically, but unfortunately I could barely sleep because of the pain afterwards. The appointment felt very rushed, and the filing was extremely aggressive. I am currently in significant discomfort.
I understand everyone works differently, but the speed and pressure used during my appointment were too much and left me in massive pain. I hope more care can be taken in future to ensure clients are comfortable throughout the process.

I would like to reassure you that all the treatments are carried out following professional standards and with techniques I consistently use for all clients. The level of pressure applied is appropriate for the service provided. It’s also imperative to mentioned that sensitivity can vary from person to person . During an appointment no discomfort was communicated, and I always encourage clients to let me know immediately if anything feels uncomfortable so adjustments can made on the spots . Tony is a legend, best nails I've ever had done, super long, even and all round a great service. Owner was super warm and welcoming, will 100% be coming back. Clean and happy environment. Honestly they don't get better than this, couldn't recommend enough!
