After months of ongoing discomfort from what I believed was a persistent corn, I decided to seek a second opinion from Sole Mates Foot Health Practitioners. Despite having the area treated and the corn repeatedly removed, it always returned.

I was seen promptly and thoroughly assessed — it turned out the issue wasn’t a corn at all, but a verruca with callus built up on top. It was removed effectively during the appointment, and I was given helpful advice about using zinc tape and applying white spirit daily as a topical treatment.

It’s now been several months since my home visit (back in December), and the issue has not returned in any form.

Excellent service, accurate diagnosis, and effective treatment — I would highly recommend Sole Mates.

Saw David around 6 weeks ago for my son’s verruca. He explained the treatment so well to my son so that he could understand what he was doing and exactly what would happen to the verruca. Well I am amazed at the results, less than 6 weeks later following the aftercare David gave me the verruca is gone, precisely how David said it would disappear , it did. Just wish I’d seen David sooner rather than using treatments from chemist that didn’t work.
