I had a spa pedicure . It was for 30 mins and it was done in 15 minutes and the price paid is £30 without polish . Only few second of massage . Not worth the price

My daughter’s appointment was separate and did not affect the time or quality of my pedicure. Additionally, my rescheduling was done through your booking system as intended and was not a special request.

My review reflects my personal experience. The treatment felt shorter than expected, the massage was very brief, and I did not feel the service matched the price paid.

I understand there may be different perspectives on this situation, and I believe it could have been handled in a more professional and customer-focused way.

I am simply sharing my experience so that others can make informed decisions.

Best nail shop I’ve found in Harlow 💅
They really take their time to make sure the nails aren’t thick, and they even clean underneath and blend the extension seamlessly with your natural nail. Super friendly atmosphere too, and I love that they work by appointment instead of walk-ins — makes everything feel more relaxed and organised. Highly recommend!

Shan is awesome. Super friendly, really takes her time, and makes your nails look perfect. The salon is clean and chill, and they even offered me a coffee while I was there — such a nice touch! Can’t wait to come back.

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The service was top-notch — my nails turned out flawless, and they paid such close attention to detail. The salon itself is clean, stylish, and relaxing, which made the whole experience even better. Parking was free and hassle free, definitely will be back.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Ayza salon was genuinely awful. The customer service was cold, unwelcoming, and at times came across as outright rude. Instead of feeling relaxed or looked after.

The atmosphere was uncomfortable, and the way I was spoken to felt dismissive and unnecessarily mean. If you’re a girls’ girl who values kindness, good energy, and basic respect this is not the salon for you. Poor finish, not worth the money, and definitely not what you expect when paying for a professional service.

I understand exactly how important customer experience is and this is exactly how businesses lose clients and damage their reputation. Disappointed, and honestly shocked at how low the standard was.

I would not return or recommend this salon.

Clearly you have the wrong customer as I do not recall any “door problems “ just shows that you have been having issues with your customers on a regular basis. I wasn’t alone and I have witnesses. They will also be reviewing your salon. Disappointing very disappointing.

I normally go to Harlow town to have my nails done but i thought I’d try ayza as its more convenient for me. I can honestly say that im so happy with my nails- they are the best ive had in a long time.. highly recommend!!! Will definitely be returning

I went to this salon for the first time and my nails looked nice at first. I had gel polish applied over existing acrylic without removing it. After about a month, I noticed green and black discoloration under my nails. When I went back, they said it was caused by water getting under the nails or from having gel over acrylic, and told me to leave it for a few weeks. I followed their advice, but after my second visit, the same problem appeared on another nail. I take good care of my nails, so this is concerning. It seems the products or liquids used are not good, and I’m disappointed with the experience.

The first time my nail colour did not chipped in few days !!!! They using very good quality nail polish also shop is very clean and porsh . Prices is same with others but definitely better service in Harlow !!!
