terrible.. i’ve been here only twice. first time i went in i kept getting slapped on the hand with the nail file because i can’t keep still for too long but the nails were very nice.. 2 weeks ago i came back again, asked for milky white acrylics, you can see through the nail polish, they haven’t painted the sides of my nails and 2 weeks later they’re already growing out because they didn’t apply it properly so it looks like i’ve had my nails done for a good 4 weeks.. disappointed and will not be coming back, charged me £40 for plain colour and shite nails anyway. do not recommend to anyone

Absolutely awful, stated on the wall it was £25 I got charged £45. Got the entirely wrong design even though I showed them the design I wanted over and over and said no to the design the woman was doing she continued anyway. My nails are very wonky and I got cut up and got slapped for bleeding on her. I wanted short nails with a baby blue polka dot design over the nails, I got long nails with French tip and blue blobs across the tip, not at all what i wanted. I went in to get my nails done for a confidence boost and left crying. The guy had very sharp nails that kept slicing me but he was polite.

absolutely awful. screaming in your face, stole my money, really wonky nails, cut my finger and every time i moved the woman would slap me. go to perfect nails it’s so much better. staff are lovely, nails are perfect and overall such an overall better place

I left here in complete shock and tears. Im new to getting my nails done and this was my 2nd time ever. I had 2 people doing my nails. First a man then a woman and there was a heavy language barrier. I picked a beautiful slate grey
Ish blue colour and she insisted on the pink and was convinced i was getting tips. I stated a full colour. They advertise acrylics as £25. I didnt get them long. I got a small “swirl” (horribly done) on each nail and she had the audacity to charge me £40. The man had extremely sharp nails that he kept digging into my fingers and the lady any time I accidentally moved (i flinch alot) shouted no and yanked my finger. Absolutely horrendous i never recommend.

I got these done yesterday work was amazing and identical to the picture they haven't cracked through the night like they usually do (different place & work) supposed to last for 2 weeks while I'm on holiday. I didn't catch her name but the lady doing them was very kind and respectful didn't try and make small talk which is something i find awkward. Good price compared to other places at 60 quid for a a pedicure and manicure gel and design.

Don’t normally bother to leave reviews but i left the nail shop in shock. Firstly the staff in was so unbelievably rude. When she was doing my French tip I politely told her it was wonky and asked if she could fix it. She kissed her teeth at me and shouted “omg”. The whole thing was rushed and after she had done my nails I saw that all my French tips were still wonky so I booked in with another nail shop to fix the issue. On top of that when I was getting my pedicure done she thinks it’s okay to slap my leg every time I flinch my leg. my friend had an even worse experience than me. It’s just shocking, really. Dont Bother Wasting your money in this shop it shocks me how they even have one good review to their name

Absolutely shocking Service, very rude staff, left feeling very insecure as the lady made comments about my weight and my hands and toes, my nail are outrageously wonky, I’m shocked to even believe that this shop still runs, I paid £85 which wasn’t worth it! Please don’t waste your money and time going there!!!!

I left the shop mortified and in tears, there was a huge language barrier and little to no communication anyway, I had asked for a design which I was then told he would not do since my nails were too short although the picture I showed him the nails were much shorter than mine, honestly that did not bother me I instead asked if he could then do a small design on one of the fingers which he replied and said it would cost more which I was happy to pay he then proceeded to shout at me in his languages a lady who worked there also I assume could tell I was upset and took over my nails I tried to hold in my tears but eventually she noticed and she clearly felt horrible she offered to do the first design I asked for and offered to take money of my set. I insisted on paying the full thirty and told her I wasn’t interested in the design and just wanted to finish the French manicure so I could leave. She then finished I handed her the thirty to which she gave me back the ten she was lovely and I want to mention that however overall I would never return. I am 14 and a socially anxious person this was a horrible situation and I was mortified.
