My nails are weak, i seemed to have got a young lad who cut my finger and burnt the pad whilst using the electric machine. My nails still bend so clearly absolutely not trained !! Avoid and go outside to other nail places or upstairs to nail bar. 28.00 for shit gel.

If you want a fungal infection from a pedicure then by all means go to this place. Had a pedicure first time I had been to Harvey nails. A few weeks later my big toe was in so much pain and the varnish had started to crack. When i peeled it off I could see it had cracked because most of my toe nail was coming away. Will never come back had plenty of pedicures and this has never happened before.

Told me I couldn't get the style I wanted because my nails were too short. Then proceeded to do the wrong colour after swapping half way through with someone else. Not a great experience at all. I got the micro French else where in the end.

Very Disappointing - had a full set of BIAB over natural nails which i paid £40 for, didn’t even need a soak off.
Rushed job.
Lumpy - no structure to the nail at all.
Thick at the sides when the thickness should be in the middle - when i questioned this he said my nails were thin but it was poor application. Bubbles and fluff visible on the gel.

Disappointing as I used to go here often. The quality has gone downhill. My nails were cut wonky with the paint work patchy with gaps missing paint altogether. I had to keep asking for corrections whilst in the salon and eventually just gave up.

I also thought it was unprofessional how they tell you the wait will be 5 minutes only for it to be 30. I don’t mind waiting but be realistic so I could at least grab a drink or do something in between.

My nails did not last a day until they started crumbling off and peeling all around the edges. I will not be returning.

Visited today with daughter, got asked on entering what we were having, daughter acrylic infills and myself gels, sat down and my nails were very quickly all clipped off short, glue came out and I quickly replied I'm not having acrylics, oh sorry he said, I could have cried, spent weeks getting my nails grown nicely for gel on top, explained I don't like acrylic but now I have no nails as clipped off, had no choice, the result was disgusting the thickest uneven set of acrylics you've ever seen and still charged £35
Horrendous service and don't listen, could have caused a scene but they've now lost 2 customers, you're staff need to listen and get some training. If there was a 0 rating id have given that
