I’m so happy with my nails from Vlondon. I’d been going to my regular salon for the last seven years, but recently, due to staff changes, the service just wasn’t what I had come to expect anymore. My sister-in-law suggested I try her go-to nail salon, and honestly, I wish I had discovered this lovely gem sooner.

The nail technician who did my nails had 15 years of experience, and her skill set immediately put me at ease. It felt more like a passion or hobby to her rather than just a job. The attention to detail, care, and efficiency were incredible, and I haven’t felt this comfortable during a nail appointment in a very long time.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the results — this salon is definitely a keeper for me! XXX

Had a really lovely experience here yesterday at Vlondon nails, Harlow.
The Technician was caring and very genuine in her desire to give 5 star service. Honestly she couldn't have been more keen to ensure I was happy with my pedicure and BIAB nail with extension.
This is a nail salon with a difference, they offer amazing free hand nail artwork, hundreds of different colours and styles, all types of manicure and pedicure in a clean and welcoming venue.
Their prices are very competitive, and you're not made to feel rushed or that you're one of many in conveyor belt.
Tina is highly skilled in her work and gave a lovely leg massage at the end of my treatment, she's very competent and clearly has years of experience.
I can't compliment her enough and will 100% be back.
Lovely to get such amazing service and all for the same price or cheaper than most of their competitors. All the staff were very polite and professional. Thank you!

I have been going here quite happily for the last two years and have had no problems. Always the same request of full set of BIAB and all managed fine. Last time I went, I sat down as usual and started having my usual done and then they told me they will be charging me more. Not because the prices have gone up but because they didnt cut my nails. But they did cut them down to what they usually do. I questioned it, which they didnt like. And all I said was thay they should clarify the price before I sit down. To that, three of them started yelling at me in front of all of the other customers in between shouting to each other in their own language. Obviously they had already started working on my nails so I said it's fine. I was really upset and holding back tears. When I went to pay they said I can have it at my normal price and I said thank you, and paid. Expecting to pay more next time.

I went back yesterday to have my 'usual' and they refused to give me a price before working on my nails. Which I think is unheard of as once they start taking the BIAB off, I would be at the point of no return. Also, they only take CASH so i would need the right money. So I walked out, never to return. It is a shame really as I really enjoyed going there and liked it and also recommended others to go there. Loyal customers seem not to matter to them and they were very rude which is what really got me. Still so hurt and surprised.

Been to this nail shop quite a few times always found it ok and recommended it to people. However If you are unhappy with something and tell them how you want your nails done they are rude. They also do not say thank you. Would not go back.
