Once you look off he swapped the foot files to a used ones. I will give manicure services 2 stars because the older guy was polite but the lady working there was very rude. Don’t bother using their pedicure so you don’t go and pick up infections it doesn’t what it

Horrible customer service, staff are extremely rude and don’t want to work. They make faces at you/ don’t listen when you are talking/ asking questions properly. Definitely don’t deal with complaints well. If 0 stars were possible that’s what I’d give.

what i asked for vs what i got, i love love love my nails! i know the flower doesn’t look exactly the same, but i actually kind of prefer how he did it, even though he found it a bit hard. walked in, didn’t wait for long at all, all lovely people there and for amazing prices too. will definitely be returning 🤩

Gel pedicure today £35 what a disgrace the staff huff and puff when I asked to repaint one nail, if they tried not to rush and pile in so many customers staff wouldn't be rushing and making mistakes, never again, will not use again and you really should rename you're shop to Crappiest Nails.

My sister and her friend have just been attacked and assaulted in this nail bar. She was pushed to the floor has scratches all over her.Her friend was locked in the shop held down my members of staff whilst they cut her nails off. Absolutely disgusting

Caught a fungal skin infection after having my toes done, had to go dr , they use same toes separators for everyone which is so unhygienic. Been going here since opened the girl who is the manager is very rude and insulting after I complained that she changed the price was £70 then al of. Sudden £90 for take off and new set she then continued to say it’s my nails fault it took so long that was insulting. Myself and my daughters will never go here again. They need health and daft to go in to check there poor hygiene.
