Booked online someone was booked in at the same time. Been before and it was good she even did eyebrow mapping the time before and wax and tint for £20. This time got charged £30 (which I wasn't told till the end) for a bad job and eventhough I booked for wax and tint was charged an extra 10 pound for shaping apparently when all she did was put the tint on and waxed a bit (less than I'm use for to) didn't ask about shape and they were thicker than before. Bit confused as even shaping online is 8 pound so don't know where the 30 came from. Apparently due to me not going regularly enough (told every 2 weeks) that they have to be reshaped but I didn't notice any difference. Should of said at the time but we live and learn.

I had an amazing experience, second time when I am here and had the same treatment, from the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well looked after. The highlights and haircut was done with care — exactly what I asked for. Hassan you are the best! Thank you for the lovely experience and for sure I will attend again. So glad I found this place as I was travelling up to London every time which was getting too much. My hair cut was exactly how I wanted it and more and blow dryed into a curls. I also been back for a Botox treatment on my hair so far so good but will see how it remains in the next few days after I’m allowed to wash it. They are so friendly in there and chatty too. Beautiful salon. They do everything, I’m booked in for some other treatments soon too.

This place is amazing. I have been here a few times for facial. Eyebrow. Lash lift and hair. Well today I have my hair coloured and cut and I feel amazing. I have to say this place is something else. I came here for a facial cleansing and skincare treatment, and I was extremely satisfied. The staff was professional, the environment was very clean and relaxing, and my skin feels refreshed and well cared for. I would definitely recommend it!
